Allgäuer St.Mang au gratin
Recipe for 4 Portions:
1 St.Mang Limburger (20% or 40% fat by dry weight)1 pinch of salt
Boiled potatoes
2 tomatoes in slices
2 spoons of crème fraîche
Pepper
Preparation:
Cook the potatoes. Cut the St.Mang Limburger and tomatoes in slices and fan out alternatingly in a casserole dish. Cover with crème fraîche and season with pepper. Cover with another layer of St.Mang Limburger slices. Bake in the oven at 180º C for approx. 15 minutes.Print recipe Download PDF >>
