Leeks with ROUGETTE Landkäse fein-würzig
Recipe for 1 leek:90 g ROUGETTE Landkäse finely spiced
1/4 red pepper
Preparation:Cut the leek in two halves and the ROUGETTE into slices. Cut the cucumber and radish into thin slices and the pepper in thin strips. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Cover the lower half of the leek with lettuce. Lay the cucumber, radish, strips of pepper and cheese alternatingly on top and cover with the other half of the leek.
Tip:Lollo rosso is a good alternative to lettuce. Instead of red pepper, yellow or orange can also be used.
