Poppy seed bread with CAMBOZOLA
Recipe for 1 roll:
75g CAMBOZOLA1 pumpkin seed roll
1/4 peach (fresh or tinned)
1/4 Apple
Frisee lettuce
Preparation:
Cut the poppy seed roll into halves. Cut the CAMBOZOLA in slices. Segment the peach and cut the apple into thin slices. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Cover the lower half of the pumpkin seed roll with frisee lettuce and then the slices of apple. Lay the CAMBOZOLA and peach in a fan form on top of the apple. Top with the other half of the roll.Tip:
