ROUGETTE Der kleine Ofenkäse with kebabs

Recipe for 1 Portion:

1 ROUGETTE Mein Ofenkäse 180 g
2 kebab skewers
1 bell pepper
1 small courgette
4 cocktail tomatoes
1 small red onion
100 g prawns
Garlic cloves
Parsley


For the marinade:

Olive oil with finely chopped red chilli pepper
(for the prawns and courgette)
Olive oil with thyme and rosemary
(for the pepper)


Preparation:

Marinate the prawns and courgette in chilli oil, the bell pepper in herb oil. Preheated the oven to 200° C. Unpack the oven cheese, put in the wooden case, place it in the oven, and bake for 10 minutes.

Cut the upper surface in a cross and fold back the corners. Bake for a further 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the kebabs. Put alternating slices of bell pepper and onion, cocktail tomatoes, slices of courgette, prawns and garlic on the skewer.

Grill the kebabs for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Serve with ROUGETTE Der kleine Ofenkäse.
