Allgäuer St.Mang summer salad
Recipe for 4 Portions:200 g St.Mang Limburger
Vinegar and oil
Preparation:Cut the St.Mang Limburger and the tomatoes in equally sized slices and place on a plate in fan form. Season with vinegar, oil and pepper and cover with fresh basil according to taste. Garnishing tip:
Decorate the serving plates with a bouquet of crisp, fresh lambs lettuce leaves and season. Serve with oven fresh baguette or hearty farmhouse bread.
The final touch:St.Mang Limburger will release its full aroma if you take it out of the fridge half an hour before eating.
