St. Mang Bavarian Limburger & Red Onion Bites

1 St. Mang Bavarian Limburger, at room temperature
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 red onion
1 box Finn Crisp crackers
Directions:
Top a cracker with a slice of Bavarian Limburger cheese, a ¼” slice of onion, and drizzle of red wine vinegar.
