CAMBOZOLA Mini Stuffed Dates
Ingredients:
1 Cambozola Mini1/4 cup pine nuts
24 Medjool dates
Directions:
Toast pine nuts by swirling them around in a dry skillet on medium heat for a few minutes until they are golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.With a pairing knife cut and discard the rind of the CAMBOZOLA Mini. Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove seed. Stuff dates with a generous amount of CAMBOZOLA and top with toasted pine nuts.
