Champignon Camembert Herb Dip

Ingredients:

1 tin Champignon Camembert, at room temperature
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup oregano, finely chopped
1/2 cup crème fraiche
zest of 1 lemon
salt & pepper, to taste
1 bunch rainbow radishes

Directions:

Using a pairing knife, remove rind from Camembert. Place Camembert in food processor along with chopped chives, parsley, oregano, crème fraiche, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Pulse until creamy. Transfer to serving dish and serve with radishes.
Pairing suggestion: serve with Prosecco.
