Champignon de Luxe Garlic Bruschetta
Ingredients:
1 olive bread, sliced into 1” thick slices1 jar (7oz) Kalamata or black olive tapenade
1 Champignon de Luxe Garlic wedge, at room temperature
Merlot salt
honey
Directions:
Heat grill pan to med-high. Slice olive bread in 1” thick slices and brush with olive oil. Set slices on hot grill pan for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until grill marks form. Let cool. Spread olive tapenade on grilled slices, follow with slices of garlic cheese and top with a spoonful of honey and a sprinkle of Merlot salt.Print recipe Download PDF >>
