Mirabo Crème Fraiche and Apricot Jam on Hazelnut Crisp

Ingredients:

1 wedge Mirabo Crème Fraiche, at room temperature, thinly sliced
1 box hazelnut and cranberry crisps
1/2 cup apricot jam
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup hazelnuts, roasted and halved


Directions

Top hazelnut and cranberry crisps with a layer of apricot jam and a slice of Mirabo Crème Fraiche. Top with a dollop of apricot jam, half a hazelnut and freshly grated black pepper.
