Mirabo Walnut Stuffed Figs
Ingredients:1 wedge Mirabo Walnut, at room temperature
24 dried Calimyrna or other large plump dried fig
1/2 cup fig jam
1 tablespoon truffle salt
1 bunch fresh thyme
Directions:With a paring knife cut a deep slit into the side of each fig. Gently open the fig and add a teaspoon of fig jam in each fig, follow by a dollop of walnut cheese and sprinkle with truffle salt. Garnish with thyme leaves.
