Mirabo Walnut Crostini


1 baguette, 24 slices (1 inch thick)
1 wedge Mirabo Walnut
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
small pickles, sliced in half
sliced speck


Preheat oven to 400°F. Place speck slices on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, until the speck is crispy, set aside, let cool and break into ½ inch pieces. Slice baguette into 1 inch piece on the diagonal. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake at 400°F until the bread is pale golden and crisp, about 10 minutes. Spread a thin layer of mustard seeds on the baguette slices, spread a generous amount of walnut cheese and top with sliced pickles and speck pieces.
